Returns

The XPOOOS return policy enables you to return the product for any reason within 14 days after receipt. Please fill in the returns form when sending back your order. You can find that document here.

Please note:

• The product must be returned unused and undamaged.
• All original packing and labeling must be in tact when returning the goods.
• If an order is returned, always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt, so you have proof of shipment.
• When returning goods, please make sure the return form is completed and enclosed.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• We take no responsibility for entries that are lost during the return shipping.
