Return

With Xpooos you can return products within 14 days of receipt for whatever reason. You can do the return form here Download.

Keep in mind that:

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging and labels are intact.
• You store the proof of shipment well until your return shipment has been processed by us.
• When returning goods, you ensure that the return form has been completed and included.
• Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• Xpooos is not responsible for lost returns.

Make sure your package has been traced back to your order so that we know which order your shipment belongs to.
