How long does it take to ship my order?

We do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If you order before 14:00, we process your order that same day.

All orders are shipped with PostNL and UPS from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Generally, it takes 2-4 days to deliver your order. This is an estimate and depends on the courier.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is free for orders from € 30 EUR or more. If you place an order less than € 30 shipping costs are € 3 EUR will be charged.

What countries does XPOOOS ship?

Orders placed on www.XPOOOS.com can be sent to all countries in the world.

I can track the shipping status of my order?

After your package has been processed you get a track and trace number in your mail.

I made a mistake placed my order / entered the wrong address; can I change it yet?

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to adapt an address as soon as an order has been placed. This as we seek an order is processed as quickly as possible, the goal is to process an order within 30 minutes.

If you want to make a change, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to process your request.

Are all the products on the website in stock?

All products of the current collection are available on our site. If a product is not in stock is clearly indicated.

It may happen that a product is out of stock by a discrepancy between the stock on the site and the actual stock in the warehouse. This is seldom produced, but if this is the case, you obviously informed by email and you will be reimbursed for the missing item.

When I say "place order" button press, nothing happens. What can I do?

Delete the cookies in your browser, before you place an order.

To do this go to the settings of your browser, then select “Delete history” and “delete cookies” (the name may vary by browser). Once you have done this you need to restart your browser.

If this still does not work, please contact us.

I placed an order but have not received confirmation to. What could this mean?

Check your spam folder, it is possible that the confirmation email as spam and will end up here.

The confirmation of your order, you should receive immediately after placing an order, but it may be that there is a delay. If after 24 hours you still have received no mail, please contact us so we can check the status of your order.

Care instructions

How do I ensure that my XPOOOS products as long as possible retain their quality?

We do our utmost to ensure a high quality standard. It is possible that there are quality differences between the socks exists and the battery life may vary based on how you treat the products. Check out our washing instructions for more information.

Note: When you put your new XPOOOS, make sure you remove the label using scissors instead of tears, as you may damage the socks.

What are the washing instructions for XPOOOS products?

For all the socks and underwear we recommend you wash it at 40 degrees Celsius, the product was inside and it is highly advised to bleach or iron products.

Despite our socks are durable, they will last longer if you do not do in the dryer.
